CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS :
The client envisioned a unique and fluid architectural form that moved away from conventional straight-line planning. They desired two luxurious 4BHK villas within a single structure, offering individuality yet visual harmony. The design was expected to reflect an organic, contemporary aesthetic with ample natural light, openness, and a strong connection to the Goan landscape.
CHALLENGES AND SOLUTION :
The project posed a challenge of designing within Goan bylaws while achieving maximum space efficiency in a curved circular layout. We resolved this by dividing the form into two independent 4BHK villas, ensuring functional zoning, privacy, and structural balance. The result is a highly optimized and compliant architectural solution
