SUN ESCORA – The 4BHK Villa Interior renovation project showcases a refined contemporary design that blends functionality with elegance. Each space was thoughtfully planned and fully furnished with customized furniture to enhance comfort and aesthetics. The modular kitchen, bespoke wardrobes, and accent wallpapers in bedrooms and aesthetic false ceilings add warmth and individuality.

BUILT-UP AREAS :
The interior project spans a total built-up area of 2500 SQ.ft, designed with a focus on modern functionality and refined elegance.

CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS :
The client requested modifications in the layouts to enhance spatial functionality and usability. Additionally, they desired each room to reflect a distinct visual identity, achieved through unique color palettes and curated wallpaper selections that define the character of every space.

CHALLENGES AND SOLUTION :
The main challenge was to maintain a cohesive contemporary theme while integrating customized furniture and modular elements within limited space. As per client’s expectation, the Bedroom was redesigned into a modern, spacious kitchen, while the existing kitchen was converted into a functional study room. we also introduced a private swimming pool at the rear side, complemented with a deck area for relaxation and social gatherings.
