CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS :
Separate parking area and swimming pool each villa, and expected each villa having Luxurious bar area, bedrooms with attached toilet in each floor, separate dresser area near toilet, staff room with attached toilet with easy access ,prayer room, store room, terrace area and sloped roof on top.
CHALLENGES AND SOLUTION :
Designing five distinct yet cohesive villas on a compact Goan site demanded careful spatial planning to maintain privacy and individuality for each unit. The challenge was to integrate luxury amenities like separate parkings, pools, and bar areas without compromising on ventilation or natural light. Terrain variations were addressed through level adjustments and stepped landscaping. The design integrates double-height spaces, ample natural light, and locally sourced materials to achieve a tropical yet modern aesthetic. Each villa balances privacy and openness, blending luxury with sustainability in Goa’s natural context
